Let's start preparing together. Weigh ingredients and prepare pots, bowls, toppings and more.

[Basic white chocolate]

Use a food processor or blender.

The mold used is the one used for the basic dark chocolate.

Finish with cacao or matcha. No mold required. Please prepare a bat etc.

Learn the lecture while watching the text you send. Learn about tempering and cacao.

[Pour shaping]

Pour it into a mold or bat, or attach it to fruit.

[Colorful chocolate]

Color the white chocolate. Pink pitaya, lina blue, maki berry, spirulina, matcha, etc... You can use any mold you like or a bat.
