This lesson is aimed at people who want to learn how to make simple raw sweets but have allergies such as nut allergies, fruit allergies, or cocoa allergies, and of course, people who just want to try making simple raw sweets.
In this class,
・Make raw sweets without using coconut oil.
- Nuts may be used, but if you have an allergy, they will be removed from the recipe.
-There are several types of plant-based milk available, so those with allergies can choose the milk that suits them.
*Regarding allergies, we cannot cater to everyone, but we will create a substitute recipe that excludes mochi allergies based on interviews.
*Please note that nuts are used in the classes, so there may be allergens in the air. Therefore, if you have severe nut allergies, please refrain from attending.

Story
Why was this class created?
That's because I myself suffer from allergies. I'm allergic to bananas, pineapples, bitter melon, kiwi, and persimmons. In my case, I had some pretty severe allergies that caused me to go into shock.
Some of my family members have egg and nut allergies. As I was running my cooking classes, I had no choice but to not use them because of my own allergies. It all started with thinking about what to substitute. Many people have no experience with allergies, and surprisingly, many people think about them too easily.
Some people are allergic to things you would never think of, like rice, soy, and cabbage.
I know from personal experience that for people with allergies, even ingesting a tiny amount can be extremely dangerous.
I want to enjoy delicious sweets! I want to eat something sweet! I will teach you how to make such a wish come true.
